Shipping & Returns Policy Information 
We currently ship in the United States. Any order placed after Noon (EST) or over the weekend will process the next business day.

1. Can I change the address on my order once it has shipped?
Once your order has completed processing and is assigned a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes to an address. For future assistance, you may be able to contact the carrier directly.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the United States.

3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States.

4. How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Delivery methods covered by DHL are presented below. You can find them before confirming your order:

Shipping method - Economy
Delivery time - 5-8 business day
Shipping charges - Free ($150 and above)
5. Do you offer same day delivery?
No, we don’t offer a Same Day delivery service for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

6. Will I be charge duties and taxes?
For the United States, duties are included. Texas are applied at checkout according to the state/city of the shipping address.


Returns

We are happy to offer a full refund for any returns which meet our returns policy.

1. What is return policy
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item shouldn't have been used in any way.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item must have been sold on RENOX.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

2. Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. How do I return?
To request a return, please send your order details to us via email hello@renoxjewelry.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. What if I received a defective item?
All of our brands only work with enduring materials, from precious metals to genuine gemstones. We have worked hard to build strong relationships with all of our brands so we can bring you beautiful, high quality materials for everyday wear.
We guarantee any of our product to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the above general return conditions.
If you have a return request resulting from a defective item, the return label will be sent to the email address you have used when placing an order.

5. How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. The return shipping fee is below:

Defected item - Free 
Change of mind - $15
6. When I will receive my refunds

Once your return has been received, authenticated and accepted, we will process a refund.
Refunds will be completed via the original payment method. The funds may take up to 10 business working days to be credited back into your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
